By accessing or using the website located at getdisciple.co (the "Site"), purchasing any products offered by DISCIPLE, or otherwise engaging with any services provided by TLS Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Site or purchase our products.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Site. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

DISCIPLE sells dietary supplement products, including VIGIL (dual-source Lion's Mane mushroom supplement). Our products are manufactured in the United States in a cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) certified facility and are third-party tested for potency, purity, and safety.
3.1 Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, and specifications of our products. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer and to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3.2 FDA Disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. VIGIL and all other DISCIPLE products are dietary supplements intended to support general health and wellness.
3.3 Not Medical Advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any dietary supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. 4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspicion of fraud.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
4.3 Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards processed through Shopify Payments. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
4.4 Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes based on your location. Sales tax may be applied to orders where required by law.
4.5 Promotional Codes and Store Credit
Store credit issued as part of a promotional bundle (including but not limited to the DISCIPLE bundle) is valid for future purchases on getdisciple.co only. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and expires 12 months from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party supplier, Supliful, from the United States. We are not responsible for delays caused by our fulfillment partner, shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
5.2 Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays in delivery. Standard US domestic delivery is typically 3-7 business days from the date of fulfillment.
5.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination address and order weight. Free shipping promotions are applied automatically where applicable.
5.4 International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. We ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for packages refused by customs or held at customs.
5.5 Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@getdisciple.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Guarantee
6.1 90-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 90-day money back guarantee on all DISCIPLE products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of the original purchase date.
6.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@getdisciple.co with your order number and the reason for your request. You do not need to return the product to receive a refund unless specifically requested.
6.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
6.4 Exclusions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms. Refunds are limited to one per customer per product.
6.5 Subscription Cancellations
If subscription products are offered in the future, customers may cancel at any time through their account portal or by contacting support@getdisciple.co. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
7. Third-Party Supplier and Manufacturing
Our products are manufactured and fulfilled through Supliful, a third-party supplier. While we take every care to ensure product quality and accuracy of labeling, we are not the direct manufacturer of VIGIL or any other product sold on this Site.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that the physical product is produced by a third-party manufacturer under our brand specifications. We maintain quality oversight including third-party testing of each batch. Any product recalls, safety notices, or regulatory actions from our supplier will be communicated to affected customers as promptly as possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product descriptions, and copy — is the property of TLS Services LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use this Site or our services to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site or our products
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
- Any content obtained from the Site
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TLS Services LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or products.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.
14.3 Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, United States. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
14.4 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND TLS SERVICES LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
14.5 Consumer Protection
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your state or jurisdiction. Consumers in California, New York, New Jersey, and other states with strong consumer protection laws retain all rights afforded to them under applicable state law.

All US Consumers
These Terms do not limit your rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, the Federal Trade Commission Act, or any other applicable federal or state consumer protection law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
